The Hub writers’ group has celebrated some successes recently. Belle Donald is one of six winning writers in the Geelong Writers’ inaugural short play festival competition. Her play, ‘Hydrangeas and Lillies’, will be performed by the Lighthouse Theatre Group. Both Belle and Adam Stone have been shortlisted for the Geelong Writers’ Prize for their short stories, Belle for ’The Road to Condo’ and Adam for ‘Momentarily Free’. Congratulations to both.

The Hub writers’ group has been meeting for nearly three years and offers writers at all stages of development a place to share and discuss their work. New members are welcome.
