Liam Tormey is a multidisciplinary artist, musician and producer. He studied Music Performance as part of the Bachelor of Music degree at Melbourne University, where he specialised in classical guitar.

In 2018 Liam travelled solo to Nepal and volunteered at a school in a rural village. Liam has  completed post graduate studies in music education at the Melbourne Graduate School of Education and teaches guitar. He is currently working towards his first painting exhibition titled Tessellated Ocean. Liam is passionate about the arts and instilling a love for music in his students.

Members and the community are invited to come along and enjoy this Special Guest Musical Performance, followed by Guest Speaker, – contemporary naive artist Wayne Elliot, who will speak about his artistic journey and the importance of community arts.  And of course there will also be an update on the activities of the Barwon Heads Arts Council.
